Shipping Information

OUR SHIPPING RATES ARE SIMPLE AND COMPETITIVE

All our orders are fully insured and shipped using Royal Mail ParcelForce. All deliveries must be signed for. You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are unable to receive the parcel at your billing address.

United Kingdom
Mainland UK: Standard charge of £5.00 per order - free delivery for orders over £100.
Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Island: Please contact us for a quote or place an order and we will contact you with revised shipping costs.

Rest Of World
Due to the rapid increase in shipping charges in recent months we are reviewing our pricing structure and are currently pricing each order individually. Please contact us for a quote or place an order and we will contact you with revised shipping costs.

As we can usually supply items directly from our own extensive stock, you should receive your order within 14 days. If, however, an item is temporarily out of stock, delivery times may be extended. Occasionally, special orders are custom made by the manufacturer and this can also extend delivery times.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE DEBITED UNTIL YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DESPATCHED. We will notify you when this has taken place.

Returns Policy

All our orders are carefully inspected for quality and packed with great care. In the unlikely event that any part of your order is damaged upon arrival you must notify us within 5 working days. We will despatch a replacement at our own expense. It is essential that you retain all damaged items and packaging as they may be required as evidence for insurance purposes.

All our products are well known patterns from major British manufacturers, and we assume that you are familiar with the items that you have ordered. Should the pattern of your choice not be to your liking, we are happy to refund the cost of the goods, upon their safe, insured, return. In these circumstances we are unable to refund the cost of any outward or return shipping involved.
