At Louis Potts we understand the challenges you face as your wedding day approaches. To relieve at least some of the pressure we have designed a Bridal Registry Service that anticipates the needs and concerns of engaged couples and their wedding guests ... right down to the last detail.

Personally managed by us, this is a service designed to make browsing, choosing and planning your wedding list a real pleasure.

Our Bridal Registry Service includes gift wrapping and delivery and is entirely free of charge to you and your guests. You have no obligation to purchase any items left unallocated.

Should all items be purchased we will present you with a gift voucher to the value of 10% of the value of your wedding list.

A Professional Service

Louis Potts offers a superb selection of tableware, glassware and cookware, from contemporary designs to the traditional. We are the authorised Bridal Stockist for Wedgwood, Spode, Royal Worcester, Villeroy & Boch, Portmeirion, Thomas, Rosenthal, Maxwell Williams, Dartington and Johnson Bros., and can also supply patterns from the majority of other manufacturers. We are happy to advise you on your choice so as to ensure that your bridal tableware will continue to be available for many years to come.

We take pride in managing your wedding list and in providing a service that is easy, convenient and enjoyable to use. Here at Louis Potts we guarantee you the best of attention at all times. Once your list is compiled, guests can order online through your personalised Wedding List page, by telephone, email, fax or in person at our store. It is our aim to make everything run smoothly.

Planning Your Wedding List

To ensure that your chosen wedding list items are in stock when your guests wish to purchase them, the entire list is ordered and held in stock by us until required. Consequently you may be sure that you will not experience any delay in receiving your gifts.

How Our Service Works

You are free to add items to your list at any time. Part of our service is to be as flexible and supportive as possible.

We provide gift cards for you to send out to your guests, informing them of your Bridal Registry at Louis Potts. You may also choose to set up an address book with us, and we will be happy to email your Gift List to your guests for you. As well as being online, copies of your list will also be available for your guests from our store. The list can be collected in person or sent by post, email or fax – and, by the same token, guests can order from the list in any of the above ways or by telephone. We accept all major credit cards.

As items are allocated, the purchaser’s name is entered on your list, so there is no danger of you receiving the same present twice. Gifts may be taken away by your guests for personal presentation when purchased or, if preferred, collated and delivered shortly before your wedding. Guests are welcome to add a personal message with their gift.

You may contact us at any time for an update on the progress of your list. A week before the wedding we will provide you with a full list of your guests’ purchases to ensure that you know which gift each of them has chosen.

Delivery and Collection of Gifts

There is no charge for delivery of your wedding list (to a UK mainland address). We are aware that this is a busy time and are happy to arrange delivery at a time convenient to you.
